To deliver this frictionless experience, we need to collect and process certain personal and business data. This policy applies to all users of the Comover platform, whether you are a Booker, a Host, a Cohost, a Collaborator, or a Billing Team Owner.

To show you nearby workspaces, our Geographic Funnel relies on your device's coordinate data. If you search for a location outside our active service radius, we may store your email and your raw search query (searched location) in our waitlist system to notify you when we launch in that area.

Booking and Workspace Data

We log your booking history, the specific spots you visit, the duration of your stay, and any Host-subsidized discounts applied to your booking.
