How to Book a Spot

We believe the right workspace is about more than a desk—it’s about the people you meet there. That's why our booking process is designed to start a professional conversation, valuing high-quality matches over the raw speed of a transaction.

Step 1: Discover and Request

Start by exploring the unique Spots available on the platform. When you find one that fits your needs, the primary button is clearly labeled "Request to Book". This sets the expectation that the Host—a fellow professional curating their community—will review your request to ensure a great fit for everyone.

Step 2: Create Your Request

Sending a request is a simple, three-part sequence designed to be respectful of the Host's time and signal your serious interest.

Step 3: The Conversation

Once you send your request, you are taken directly to a Conversation View with the Host. At the top of this chat, you will see a "Booking Request Card". This card is the single source of truth for your request, showing its status (e.g., "Awaiting Confirmation"), details, and price.

The Host has 24 hours to respond before the request automatically expires.

Step 4: Confirmation & Your Stay

You will be notified as soon as the Host makes a decision.

Once confirmed, you're ready to enjoy your new space and the professional connections that come with it.
