Deleting Your Account

We understand that you may wish to delete your account, and we've made the process straightforward. You can now request to delete your account directly from your account settings within the Comover app.

Our Deletion Process

To ensure your security and give you a chance to reconsider, our deletion process includes a 30-day grace period.

1. Request Deletion in the App: Go to your account settings and follow the prompts to request account deletion.


2. 30-Day Grace Period: Once you make the request, your account will be deactivated but not immediately deleted. It will remain intact for 30 days. If you change your mind, you can simply log back in during this period to cancel the deletion request.


3. Final Anonymization: After the 30-day grace period ends, your account will be permanently anonymized. We will remove all personal information, such as your name, email address, and profile photo, from our records. Information that is not personally identifiable, like past reviews you've written, will remain on the platform in an anonymous state.

Important Information About Public Content

Please be aware that search engines and other third parties may still retain copies of information that was once public, such as your profile details, even after your account has been anonymized on our platform. This is outside of our control.
