Hosting on Comover is a simple way to make better use of your workspace. Whether you offer flexible desks, meeting rooms, or event spaces, we help you welcome professionals and generate additional revenue without adding administrative headaches to your day.
There are no setup costs or monthly subscriptions. You only pay a small platform fee when you successfully receive a booking.
Step 1: Create Your Spot
From your dashboard, you can create your first Spot. This is where you show off your space's character, amenities, and availability. Your Spot remains private until you are ready to submit it.
Adding Photos
Strong photos help bookers quickly understand the atmosphere of your space. Clear, well-lit images are the best way to set the right expectations.
- Use bright, natural light. This makes your space feel welcoming and professional.
- Show the layout. Help bookers see exactly where they will be working.
- Highlight the details. Desks, seating, lighting, and even the coffee machine help tell the story of your space.
Writing Your Description
Keep it practical and human. Explain who your Spot is best suited for (e.g., quiet focus vs. collaborative meetings) and any important details they should know before arriving.
Step 2: Submit Your Venue
Once your Spot is ready, submit your venue for a quick review. This ensures every space on Comover meets our standard for quality and clarity.
Step 3: Receive Bookings (Friction-Free)
To maximize your earnings and provide the best experience for professionals, we highly recommend using Instant Booking.
- Instant Booking (Recommended): Bookers can reserve your space immediately when your calendar shows it as available. This is the fastest way to grow your revenue.
- Request to Book: For highly specialized or large event spaces, you can choose to review requests manually before accepting them.
Hosting Fees
We only succeed when you do. Comover charges a straightforward platform fee per booking to cover payment processing and platform operations.
Our standard fee is 8% of the booking subtotal, plus a small fixed transaction fee:
- €0.41 (excl. VAT) for bookings under €28
- €0.79 (excl. VAT) for bookings of €28 and above
Automated Invoicing & Payments
We handle the paperwork so you don't have to. Comover uses a self-billing system, meaning we automatically generate legal, compliant tax invoices in your name for every booking.
You never have to chase payments or manually draft invoices for individual bookers. Payouts are routed directly and securely to your bank account.
