Payouts, Fees & Plans

We believe in a transparent and simple partnership. This guide explains how you get paid, our fee structure, and the different hosting plans available on Comover.

How Payouts Work

Our payment system is built to be secure and reliable. We partner with Stripe to handle all financial transactions, so your earnings are processed safely.

Once a booking is successfully completed, we hold the payment for 48 hours. This is a standard security measure to ensure everything went smoothly and allows a window for any post-booking support issues to be resolved.

After this 48-hour period, our automated system begins processing your payout. The Host service fee is deducted from the booking total, and the remaining earnings are sent directly to the bank account you connected via Stripe.

Our Hosting Plans & Fees

We have two simple plans for our Hosts. Your plan is tied to your Billing Profile.

The Pioneer Plan

This is a special, discounted plan created to thank and reward the first Hosts who join us in a new city.

• Service Fee: A reduced rate of 1.5% of the booking subtotal + a fixed fee of €1.00.
• Duration: This special rate lasts for 6 months.

The Standard Plan

This is our standard, predictable fee structure for all Hosts on the platform.

• Service Fee: 5% of the booking subtotal + a fixed fee of €0.75.

Finding Your Payout Details

You can find a complete history of your bookings, earnings, and payout statements within your Billing Profile.
