Booking Your First Spot

Booking on Comover is your chance to expand your professional network just by changing where you work for a day. Our process is designed to introduce you to the Host and their community, turning a simple workspace rental into an opportunity for new connections and collaborations.

Finding the Right Spot

Start by exploring the unique Spots on the platform. When you find one that looks right for you, you’ll see a "Request to Book" button. This sends your request directly to the Host for them to review.

Sending Your Request

Your request is how you introduce yourself to the Host. It shows them you're a serious professional and helps them decide if you're a good match for their space. Here's what you'll do:

• Select your time and date. Let the Host know when you'd like to use the Spot.
• Add your payment method. You'll add your payment details to finalize the request. We promise: we won't charge you unless the Host confirms.
• Write a short, personal message. This is your chance to say hello and briefly explain what you're working on. It's a required step that makes a big difference in starting a connection.

What Happens Next?

After you send your request, you'll be taken to a conversation with the Host. They have 24 hours to review it and respond.

If they confirm, you're all set! We'll charge your saved payment method and you'll get all the details for your stay. If they decline or the request expires, we won't charge you at all.
