Comover Acceptable Use Policy
This acceptable use policy covers the Comover platform, application, and the physical workspaces (collectively referred to as the “Services”) accessed through our marketplace. It is designed to protect our community of Bookers, Hosts, and partners, ensuring that every workspace feels professional, welcoming, and safe.
Users found engaging in activities prohibited by this policy may face immediate booking cancellations, service suspension, and account termination. Where physical damage or illegal acts occur, we will cooperate fully with local authorities.
This policy was last reviewed on 7 July 2026.
1. Respect for Physical Workspaces
Comover provides instant access to professional spaces with human character. When you book a workspace, you agree to treat the physical location, its staff, and its community with respect. Prohibited physical conduct includes:
- Damaging, stealing, or defacing any property, equipment, or amenities provided by the Host.
- Creating excessive noise or disruptions that negatively impact other professionals in the space.
- Overstaying your booked time without processing an extension through the Comover app.
- Using the workspace for illegal activities, unauthorized events, or any purpose other than professional work and meetings.
2. Marketplace Integrity & Payments
Comover relies on a trusted ecosystem to facilitate seamless booking and automated B2B billing. To maintain this trust, users must not circumvent our platform.
- Disintermediation: Bookers and Hosts must not use Comover to discover a space or user, and then complete the booking or payment outside of the Comover platform to avoid fees.
- Accurate Representation: Hosts must accurately depict their spaces, amenities, and availability. Listing a space that does not exist, or materially differs from its photos and description, is strictly prohibited.
- Honoring Bookings: Hosts must honor all confirmed Instant Bookings. Canceling on Bookers without a valid, critical reason creates friction and harms the platform's reliability.
- Discount Manipulation: Hosts utilizing the Host-Subsidized Discount engine must not artificially inflate base prices to offset the appearance of a discount.
3. Digital Security and Spam
While our core experience is physical, our infrastructure is digital. Our application and network must not be used to transmit, distribute, or store any material in violation of any applicable law. This includes:
- Introducing viruses, malicious code, or attempting unauthorized access to other user accounts or Comover's backend infrastructure.
- Scraping, mining, or extracting data from the Comover platform without explicit written consent.
- Sending unsolicited commercial messages (spam) to Hosts or Bookers through our messaging features.
4. Unethical and Malicious Activity
We are opposed to all forms of abuse, discrimination, and harassment. Our platform and the workspaces listed on it must remain inclusive and safe.
Our Services must not be used for engaging in activities designed to harass another group or individual. This includes hate-speech, advocacy of racial or ethnic intolerance, and any activity intended to threaten, abuse, infringe upon the rights of, or discriminate against any Host, Booker, or Comover employee.
5. About this policy
This policy outlines a non-exclusive list of activities and intent we deem unacceptable and incompatible with our brand promise of frictionless, professional workspace access.
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time by publishing the revised version on our website. The revised version will be effective from the earlier of:
